We offer above-standard commercial and office space in a unique building in the historical center of Prague. The building, which was completed in 1905 by architects Adolf Foehr and Alfons Wertmuller, is built in a neoclassical style with typical elements such as a stucco ornamental façade complemented by stone cladding.
In contrast, the last three floors are made of concrete and are covered by a galvanized metal roof structure. There are 10 floors in the building (two underground and eight above-ground floors). The total leasable area is approximately 5,360 m2. The area of Prague 1 is considered to be both the historical and the administrative center of the city. There is a large number of headquarters of domestic and international companies, hotels and branches of many famous brands and restaurants. As mentioned, it is a premium business location that can withstand comparisons with Pařížská Street, Wenceslas Square or on Příkopě Street, which itself opens into Republic Square. The building is located directly opposite the Palladium shopping center, which is one of the most prestigious retail addresses in Prague. Across Královodvorská Street, it is adjacent to the Kotva department store. This creates an extremely busy location with high visibility.
The transport service is also excellent. Náměstí Republiky, with its metro station (line C), tram and bus stop and a short distance from Masaryk railway station, is easily accessible to anyone. You can easily get here by car from Revoluční Street and there are plenty of paid parking spaces in the area. All premises are rented in their current state before reconstruction and only as a short-term lease (guaranteed period at least until March 31, 2022.)
