We offer a newly renovated and fully equipped 2+kk apartment in Vršovice, suitable for work stays, relocation, longer visits to Prague, and temporary corporate accommodation. Just arrive with your suitcase – the apartment is ready for immediate occupancy.

The bright apartment is furnished in an elegant Scandinavian style with emphasis on materials and comfort. The interior is dominated by oak parquet flooring laid in herringbone pattern, light wood, large windows and a view of greenery. The living room with kitchen offers a French window, dining area and a comfortable sofa. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, work desk and blackout curtains. In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower enclosure.

Tram approximately 3 minutes on foot, journey to the centre approximately 10 minutes. Parks and playground in the immediate vicinity. Shopping centre approximately 1 km. Eden approximately 1 km from the house. The location thus combines quick connection to the centre with peaceful living away from tourist traffic.

The apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults, or for a family with children up to a total capacity of 6 people. We operate a total of 7 apartments under one management in the same building, so we can also arrange accommodation for a corporate team, colleagues or a larger group.
